Welcome to our spacious, stylishly furnished holiday apartment in one of Freiburg's oldest districts. With 90 square meters of living space and three sleeping areas, it accommodates up to six guests. Ideal for sports enthusiasts needing space for equipment, couples, families, small groups, or business travelers. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for cooking and relaxing. There is a direct tram connection to the city center (about 12 minutes). Shops and bakeries are nearby. The apartment features two bedrooms, a large open living, kitchen, and dining area, a spacious bathroom, a separate WC, and a covered balcony where you can enjoy views of Schönberg and the sunset. The courtyard with a children's playground, lush greenery, and a water feature invites you to linger. The building, completed in 2016, offers all modern amenities and has an elevator. It is very quiet (the apartment faces away from the street), and the windows can be completely darkened. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. Some non-alcoholic drinks are provided free of charge. Shops and snack bars are within walking distance. It takes 12–20 minutes to reach the city center by S-Bahn line 5 or bus 14.
